What this page is

Terms for using this marketing site, hostsnapper.com. These are not the terms for our paid services. If you hire us, we sign a separate agreement (a four-page client contract) covering what we build, what we host, what it costs, and what happens if either side ends the relationship.

What you can do on this site

Read it. Link to it. Quote short passages with attribution to HostSnapper.

What you cannot do on this site

Scrape it for training data or republishing. Mirror it on another domain. Lift whole pages, design assets, or copy and present them as your own work. Reverse-engineer the underlying code beyond what is delivered to your browser. Use the HostSnapper name or logo to imply we built or back something we did not.

What you see here

We try to be accurate. We do not try to be exhaustive. Pricing examples, response times, and other specific numbers reflect how we operate today. They can change without us rewriting this page first. If you become a client, the signed agreement governs the actual work we do for you, not anything written on this site.

"HostSnapper" and the HostSnapper logo are ours. Other product names, logos, and brands shown anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by emailing us first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
